Breakfast options could be improved. I appreciated the choice of warm and cold dishes, but some items felt a bit bland. The access to public transport was excellent.

Welcome base for discovering Istanbul. By the way, we didn't mind paying extra for EUR 0 per day for parking. Loved their on-site restaurant Pera Adali, it was good.

Close to the center, near the subway, cheap.

Is it hype or the real deal?

The location was fantastic! With very nice views and super close to public transport.

Many issues like noisy surroundings and outdated decor took away from a pleasant experience.

the conference hall at the top floor was v. comfortable &had a nice atmosphere.Some of the staff were trying to be helpful& did try their best to be so.Nice Lobby

Lack of air conditining,we had a cramped double room which was being used as a triple--despite paying for triple--poor view from the window.....

The air conditioning was inadequate. The short supply of complimentary water bottles was disappointing, given the length of our stay. The service left much to be desired, and I felt unwelcomed throughout my visit.

Nicely situated. The bus station was very close. Beautiful view.

The air conditioning was not working and we had to wait more than half an hour, while the weather was extremely hot, for the technical service to come and repair it. This happened twice.

The concierge and staff were very attentive and helpful. And the breakfast buffet was excellent!

It was quite difficult to get in and out of the bathtub because of its height. Perhaps you could install a bar to hold on to. (Others in our tour group felt the same way.)

The location is fantastic with wonderful views. The breakfast is decent and included warm dishes. The staff cleans the room daily and does it well. The room was cozy but decor could improve. I enjoyed my stay with my family.

The hotel staff were very helpful on the day we left as the may day parade went past the door so they took us and our luggage to meet a taxi behind the hotel. The hotel was very clean and had free internet.

short noisy parties at the back of the hotel which woke us at night. I also would have liked some fresh fruit at breakfast. Which was good otherwise.

Loved every moment staying in this hotel. It has "museum" type of lobby which will impress you from your first step. Staff was very polite and helpful with all my requests. Location is amazing - just exactly what I needed. Was a bit scared that AC wouldn't work after reading reviews - but everything worked very well. Sunset view is just amazing. Thank you guys. Definitely will be back

Wi-fi was not working in my room.

The beautiful view of the Golden Horn was the highlight of my stay. The location is perfect for exploring, but the room cleanliness definitely needed attention. A bit of a mix on the overall experience 🌆

Breakfast poor . we had ants in our room . they could nt solve the problem swimming pool was very cold enviroment and the water . we could not use it . lobby was too small . information by staff was not right many times. Expensive

The location of the hotel is very good. It's on a main street, 100 meters far from the Metro station. The night life areas can be easily reached, but also the touristic locations. The room was spatious, very clean and the provided comfort was according to the no of stars. Although located on the main street, the rooms with view in the back are very quiet.

You are requested to pay for the room, at check in, not at check out as normal. Very noisy atmosphere in the morning in the hotel (if you want to sleep late).
